Our 100% Arabica SHG Coffee is grown in the highlands of Honduras without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals. The plantation is located at an altitude of 1550 meters and benefits from a particularly favorable temperate microclimate. Combined with the skilled work of the Cafetaleros, our 100% Arabica coffee is among the best and most sought after on the market.

The plantation covers 17 hectares and provides equal paid work to 18 families from October to March. These families maintain the cultivation every day according to the ancient tradition of our family, with the utmost respect for nature and life from generation to generation.

Our coffee is entirely handmade and available in limited quantities. We guarantee the quality, natural flavor, and goodness of every single bean.
